Im Bereich Services suchen wir ab 1\\. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit als ICT\\-Supporter:in 50 -- 60 % (befristet bis 31\\. Dezember 2027\\) Die Arbeit in der Abteilung ICT erfordert adressat:innengerechte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in der persönlichen und telefonischen Beratung unserer vielseitigen Kund:innenschaft (Mitarbeitende, Studierende und Dozierende). Diese befinden sich oftmals in herausfordernden Situationen, in denen es besonders wichtig ist, dem Gegenüber zuzuhören. Ein gutes Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und Freude am direkten Kontakt sind unabdingbar. Ihre Aufgaben \* Entgegennehmen von Störungsmeldungen, Fragen und Änderungswünschen \* Analysieren und Beheben einfacher Störungen sowie Weiterleiten komplexer Probleme und Unterstützen bei Eskalationen \* Anlegen und Bewirtschaften von neuen sowie bestehenden Benutzerkonten und Einrichten von Zugriffsberechtigungen \* Installieren und Inbetriebnehmen von Clients sowie Betreuen von Hard\\- und Software \* Optimieren der internen Kollaborationslösungen auf Basis von Microsoft SharePoint Online sowie weiterer Microsoft 365\\-Lösungen \* Unterstützen bei der Implementierung sowie beim Testen neuer Office\\-Anwendungen und weiteren Fachapplikationen \* Schulen der neuen Mitarbeitenden und Studierenden im Umgang mit der ICT\\-Umgebung Ihre Qualifikationen \* Abgeschlossenes EFZ im Bereich Informatik oder Erfahrung im ICT\\-Support \* Vertrauter Umgang mit heterogenen ICT\\-Umgebungen (Windows\\- und macOS\\-Systeme) sowie gute Kenntnisse von SharePoint Online und weiteren Microsoft\\-365\\-Lösungen \* Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil \* Freude am persönlichen Kontakt mit Kund:innen und der Zusammenarbeit im Team \* Sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise, auch bei wiederkehrenden Tätigkeiten \* Flexible, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Handlungsweise, auch in unvorhergesehenen Situationen Unser Angebot Ein interessantes, vielseitiges Tätigkeitsgebiet, in welchem Sie Ihre Kompetenzen und Ihre Persönlichkeit einbringen können; zeitgemässe Anstellungsbedingungen und ein moderner Arbeitsort in unserem Campus in Bern.
