ICT\-Supporter:in (50%) im Zentralsekretariat Bern

Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere IT im Alltag einfach funktioniert.

Für unser Zentralsekretariat in Bern suchen wir eine engagierte und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit, die unsere Mitarbeitenden bei allen IT\-Fragen kompetent unterstü IT\-Infrastruktur wird gemeinsam mit einem externen IT\-Partner betrieben. Du unterstützt unsere Mitarbeitenden, koordinierst Anliegen mit unseren IT\-Partnern und stellst sicher, dass unsere Systeme zuverlässig funktionieren. Auch bist du eine unterstützende Stelle für den Mitgliederdienst.

Das erwartet dich

  • Du stellst den reibungslosen Betrieb unserer IT\- und Kommunikationssysteme sicher
  • Du betreust unsere IT\-Umgebung mit Citrix, Active Directory und Microsoft 365
  • Du nimmst Supportanfragen und Störungsmeldungen entgegen, analysierst sie und findest Lösungen im 1st\- und 2nd\-Level\-Support
  • Du installierst, konfigurierst und wartest Hard\- und Software
  • Du unterstützt unsere Mitarbeitenden bei IT\-Fragen und gibst Schulungen
  • Du dokumentierst Prozesse, Lösungen und Know\-how
  • Verantwortung Jahresversand der Mitgliederausweise und Unterlagen
  • Verantwortung/Support Vorlagen sowie von div. Schnittstellen zwischen Mitgliederdienst und Partnern
  • Div. Statistiken erstellen für interne und externe Stellen

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfahrung im IT\-Support, idealerweise in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Windows, Microsoft 365 sowie Client\- und Serverumgebungen
  • Grundlegende bis gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerke
  • SQL\-Kenntnisse / CrystalReports von Vorteil
  • Freude am direkten Kontakt mit Anwender und eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und ösischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen sind willkommen
