Spannende Aufgaben warten:

  • First Contact: Sie sind Anlaufstelle für Hard\- und Software, Netzwerk\- und Kommunikationsprobleme – mit Unterstützung durch ICT\-Dienste anderer Schulen bei komplexen Fällen.
  • M365 Administration: Sie verwalten und optimieren unsere Microsoft 365\-Cloud\-Umgebung (Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Infrastruktur: Sie gestalten den weiteren Ausbau und den Betrieb der ICT\-Infrastruktur für die Schule und den Neubau aktiv mit.
  • Projektkoordination mit Verantwortung: Sie koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit Lieferanten, Beratern und externen Partnern.
  • Support: Sie sind die erste Anlaufstelle für Lehrpersonen, Mitarbeitende sowie Schülerinnen und bei ICT\-Fragen. Mit Ihrer Hilfsbereitschaft, Ihrer fachlichen Kompetenz und einer verständlichen Kommunikation sorgen Sie für eine schnelle und lösungsorientierte Unterstützung im First\-Level\-Support.

Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Ausbildung: Informatiker/in EFZ (idealerweise Fachrichtung Plattformentwicklung) – oder gleichwertiges Fachwissen.
  • M365\-Kenntnisse: Praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365\-Administration (Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Pädagogisches Interesse: Sie haben Freude am schulischen Umfeld. Sie bringen Verständnis für die Anforderungen des Bildungsbereichs und eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung mit.
  • People Skills: Sie mögen Menschen, kommunizieren klar und wertschätzend und gehen offen auf unterschiedliche Anliegen ein.
  • Persönlichkeit: Sie packen an, denken voraus und finden gerne Lösungen. Sie arbeiten selbstständig, übernehmen Verantwortung und behalten auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick.

Die Kantonsschule wurde im 2025 in einer provisorischen Schulanlage in eröffnet, womit die Schülerinnen und nun von einem breiten Angebot im Gymnasium und der Fachmittelschule im Fricktal profitieren können. Die Schule wird bis zum Jahre 2029 kontinuierlich wachsen, ihr schulisches Angebot erweitern und ab 2029 in den geplanten Neubau umziehen. Sie arbeiten in einem kleinen, motivierten ICT\-Team mit einer weiteren Fachperson. Diese Stelle bietet ideale Voraussetzungen, um Ihre fachlichen und persönlichen Kompetenzen gezielt weiterzuentwickeln. Informatikmittel sind aus dem modernen Unterricht nicht mehr wegzudenken. Sie unterstützen Lehrpersonen, Mitarbeitende sowie Schülerinnen und bei der ICT\-Nutzung, bauen die digitale Schulinfrastruktur weiter mit auf und betreuen diese im Betrieb. Damit leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung eines zeitgemässen und zukunftsorientierten Schulsystems.
