ICT System Engineer (m/w/d) 80\-100% ====================================

Zur Unterstützung unseres IT\-Teams suchen wir für den Standort Aarau per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine initiative Persönlichkeit als ICT System Engineer.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du berätst, koordinierst und unterstützt die Anwender bei der täglichen Arbeit
  • Du lokalisierst und behebst Störungen bzw. leitest entsprechende Eskalationsverfahren ein und bearbeitest Hardware\-, Software\- sowie Netzwerk\- und Kommunikationsprobleme
  • Du stellst den Betrieb der Datenverarbeitungs\-, Netzwerk\- und Serversysteme sicher und entwickelst unsere hybride Microsoft\-Infrastruktur laufend weiter
  • Du übernimmst den 2nd\- und 3rd\-Level\-Support für Arbeitsplatz\-, Server\- und Cloud\-Systeme, Netzwerkkomponenten und Mithilfe im 1st Level
  • Du unterstützt bei der Automatisierung von Betriebsprozessen und wirkst aktiv in Infrastruktur\- und Digitalisierungsprojekten mit und bringst Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft\-Plattformen und Betriebsprozesse ein
  • Du analysierst wiederkehrende Probleme und entwickelst nachhaltige technische Lösungen
  • Mindestens 1 Tag pro Woche arbeitest du am Standort Bremgarten und/oder besuchst Aussenstellen

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung zum/zur Informatiker/\-in EFZ mit Vertiefung Systemtechnik oder gleichwertig sowie mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Systemtechnik
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung und vertiefte Kenntnisse in der Administration von Microsoft Windows Server, Windows 11, Microsoft 365 und Azure Cloud Services sowie gute Kenntnisse im Netzwerkbereich
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft Intune, Entra ID oder Identity\- und Endpoint\-Management sind von Vorteil
  • Eigeninitiative und teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit selbständiger Arbeitsweise und hohem Qualitäts\- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Fähigkeit zu konzeptioneller Tätigkeit sowie Freude an Beratung und der Lösung von komplexen Problemen
