Das Jugendwohnnetz JUWO stellt seit 43 Jahren jungen Menschen in Ausbildung bezahlbaren Wohn­raum zur Verfügung. Mittlerweile bewirt­schaftet das JUWO rund 1‘800 Wohnungen mit 4’100 Mietenden. Dies gelingt dank 32 inspirierten Mitarbeitenden, die sich mit den JUWO\-Werten verbunden fühlen.

Für unsere Bewirtschaftungsabteilung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Termin eine aufgestellte und engagierte Persönlichkeit als:

Immobilienbewirtschafter:in 80 – 100% (m/w/d)

PROFIL

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bewirtschaftung von Wohnliegenschaften * Erfolgreicher Abschluss als Immobilienbewirtschafter:in mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis von Vorteil * Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsmentalität, Freude an administrativen Prozessen, IT\-Kenntnisse * Stilsicheres Deutsch mündlich und schriftlich, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil * Motivierte, flexible und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit * Gute Umgangsformen, Freude am Umgang mit Menschen sowie Teamfähigkeit *

AUFGABEN

  • Effiziente An\- und Vermietung von Wohnobjekten
  • Sämtliche Tätigkeiten im Tagesgeschäft, wie Prüfung von Anmeldungen, Ausschreibung von Wohnungen, Erstellung von Mietverträgen sowie Wohnungsabnahmen und \-übergaben
  • Lösungsorientierte Kontakte zu internen und externen Ansprechpersonen zur Zufriedenheit von Eigentümer\- und Mieterschaft
