Für unseren Kunden, ein etabliertes und dynamisches Immobilienunternehmen mit einem überschaubaren, eingespielten Team, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Immobilienbewirtschafter/in.

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion übernehmen Sie die selbständige kaufmännische und technische Bewirtschaftung eines zugewiesenen Immobilienportfolios bestehend aus Wohn\- und Gewerbeliegenschaften (Mietliegenschaften und Stockwerkeigentum). Sie betreuen die Liegenschaften umfassend und stellen eine professionelle, effiziente sowie ertragsorientierte Bewirtschaftung sicher.

der Arbeit

* Selbständige Betreuung eines Portfolios von Mietliegenschaften bestehend aus Wohn\- und Geschäftsobjekten * Selbständige Betreuung eines kleineren Stockwerkeigentums\-Portfolios * Organisation und Durchführung von Eigentümerversammlungen sowie Umsetzung der Beschlüsse * Regelmässiger Austausch mit Eigentümerschaften und Erstellung von Reportings * Betreuung der Mieter und professionelle Abwicklung sämtlicher Mieterwechsel * Durchführen von Erst\- wie auch Wiedervermietungen * Prüfung von Mietinteressenten sowie Erstellung von Mietverträgen * Bearbeitung von Kündigungen und Durchführung von Mietzinsanpassungen * Durchführen von Besichtigungen * Abnahmen und Übergaben von Objekten * Kontaktperson für Hauswarte und Mieter * Prüfen von \- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen * Kontrolle bei Rechnungen * Überwachung der Mietzinseingänge sowie Mahn\- und Inkassowesen * Budgetplanung und laufende Kostenkontrolle * Koordination und Überwachung von Reparaturen, Serviceaufträgen und kleineren Sanierungen * Abwicklung von Versicherungsschäden * Abschluss, Überwachung und Kündigung von Service\- und Wartungsverträgen Freuen Sie sich auf:

Anforderungsprofil

  • Sie verfügen über eine kaufm. Grundausbildung und über einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbranche
  • Idealerweise bringen Sie eine fachspezifische Weiterbildung mit
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Stockwerkeigentum
  • Ihre Muttersprache ist Deutsch oder auf exzellentem Level
  • Sie sind zwischen 25 und 45 Jahre alt
  • Sie sind eine soziale, teamfähige, engagierte und verhandlungsgeschickte Persönlichkeit
