Unsere Mandantin ist ein kleines, persönlich geführtes Immobilienunternehmen mit Sitz in der Stadt Zürich, das für Qualität, Verlässlichkeit und eine individuelle Betreuung seiner Immobilien steht. Im Mittelpunkt steht ein hochwertiges Portfolio aus Wohnliegenschaften und Stockwerkeigentümergemeinschaften, das mit viel Leidenschaft, Fachkompetenz und einem hohen Dienstleistungsanspruch bewirtschaftet wird.

Kurze Entscheidungswege, eine persönliche Zusammenarbeit und viel Eigenverantwortung prägen dabei den Arbeitsalltag. Hier ist man keine Nummer, sondern übernimmt Verantwortung, gestaltet aktiv mit und steht in direktem Kontakt mit Eigentümerschaften, Mietenden und Geschäftspartnern.

Im Zuge einer Nachfolgeregelung suchen wir per Januar oder nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene, engagierte und ambitionierte Persönlichkeit in der Funktion als

Immobilienbewirtschafter:in ===========================

Zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich gehört folgendes:

  • In Zusammenarbeit mit einer Assistentin bewirtschaften Sie ein eigenes Portfolio bestehend aus Wohnliegenschaften und 6 STWEG\-Liegenschaften
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Besichtigungen, Abnahmen und Übergaben
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Eigentümerversammlungen
  • Sie sind die direkte Ansprechperson für die Eigentümer, Handwerker und Behörden
  • Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Unterhalt innerhalb des Ihnen zugeteilten Portfolios
  • Erstellung von Budgets und Zustandsprotokollen
  • Allgemeine Korrespondenz

Folgende Qualifikationen haben Sie im Rucksack:

  • Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Immobilienbewirtschafter:in mit eidg. Fachausweis
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem Wohn\- und STWEG\-Portfolio
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des schweizerischen Mietrechts
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Führerschein Kat. B und ein eigenes Auto
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
