Dafür trägst Du die Verantwortung

  • Du verantwortest die umfassende Bewirtschaftung eines spannenden, vielseitigen Gewerbeportfolios
  • Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für Mieter:innen und betreust das gesamte Mietvertragswesen
  • Du stellst den Liegenschaftsunterhalt sicher und begleitest bauliche Massnahmen
  • Du steuerst den Budgetprozess und übernimmst Aufgaben im Bereich der Liegenschaftsbuchhaltung
  • Du berätst unsere Auftraggeber:innen kompetent in sämtlichen Belangen rund um ihre Immobilien

Zur Unterstützung unserer Immobilienprofis suchen wir eine gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit einem authentischen und professionellen Auftreten. Du erkennst wichtige sowie dringende Aufgaben und bist es gewohnt, Prioritäten richtig zu setzen. Auch unter einer hohen Arbeitsbelastung arbeitest Du zügig und präzise. Du interessierst Dich für die Immobilienbranche, die angrenzenden Themenbereiche und verfügst über eine hohe Sozialkompetenz. Wir suchen Bewerber:innen mit abgeschlossener kaufmännischer Ausbildung, einem eidg. Fachausweis als Immobilienbewirtschafter:in (oder auf dem Weg dazu).
