Dein Aufgabenbereich

+ Eigenständige Bewirtschaftung eines attraktiven Immobilienportfolios (Institutioneller Kunde) + Sicherstellung des laufenden Unterhalts der Liegenschaften + Verantwortung für Budgetierung und Budgetkontrolle + Erstellung von Reportings sowie Zustandsberichten + Festlegung von Marktmieten und Durchführung der Jahresplanung + Vermietung, Abnahme und Übergabe von Mietobjekten + Begleitung und Unterstützung bei Gesamtsanierungen und Neubauprojekten + Ansprechperson für Eigentümer, Mieter, Behörden, Handwerker und Hauswarte + Umsetzung von Mietvertrags\- und Mietzinsänderungen

Das bringst du mit

+ Kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie Fachausweis in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung + Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in der Immobilienbranche + Versierter Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit REM oder GARAIO REM + Ausgeprägte Kunden\- und Dienstleistungsorientierung + Professionelles Auftreten, Teamgeist und sehr gute Umgangsformen
