Unser Kunde ist ein etabliertes Immobilienbewirtschaftungsunternehmen in der Region Solothurn. Zur Verstärkung des gut eingespielten Teams sind wir auf der Suche nach einer erfahrenen Persönlichkeit in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung.

Immobilienbewirtschafter (w/m/d) Mietliegenschaften mit attraktiven Anstellungsbedingungen 100%, Ref. 7326S ===========================================================================================================

Aufgabengebiet

Ihr zu bewirtschaftendes Portfolio setzt sich hauptsächlich aus Mietliegenschaften zusammen mit einem kleinen Anteil an Geschäftsliegenschaften. Sie bewirtschaften das Portfolio fachkompetent von A\-Z.

Dabei stehen Sie in regelmässigem Kontakt mit den Mietern, Eigentümern und Hauswarten oder Handwerkern. Reparaturen, Renovationen und allgemeine Unterhaltsarbeiten werden von Ihnen koordiniert und in Auftrag gegeben. Wohnungsbesichtigungen und \-übergaben führen Sie ebenfalls durch.

Im Arbeitsalltag werden Sie von einem Sachbearbeiter Immobilienbewirtschaftung unterstützt und führen diesen auf fachlicher Ebene.

Ihre Stärken und Erfahrungen

Folgende Qualifikationen sollten Sie für diese Position mitbringen:

  • Weiterbildung als Immobilienbewirtschafter mit eidg. Fachausweis (oder kurz vor Abschluss)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bewirtschaftung von Mietliegenschaften
  • Strukturierte und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch in schriftlicher und mündlicher Form
  • Freude am fachlichen Austausch und der Arbeit in einem überschaubaren Team
