Für ein etabliertes Immobilienunternehmen in der Region Luzern suchen wir eine selbstständige und vielseitige Persönlichkeit, die ihre Erfahrung in der Immobilienbuchhaltung einbringen möchte und gleichzeitig Freude daran hat.

Das Pensum kann dabei flexibel zwischen 60% und 100% gestaltet werden.

Ihre neue Aufgabe

Sie übernehmen die selbstständige Betreuung der Immobilienbuchhaltung für ein umfangreiches Portfolio und sorgen dafür, dass die finanziellen Prozesse zuverlässig und korrekt abgewickelt werden.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

  • Führen der Immobilienbuchhaltung für ein Portfolio von rund 500 Objekten
  • Mitarbeit bei den periodischen Abschlüssen
  • Erstellung der \- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen
  • Erstellung der Mehrwertsteuerabrechnungen
  • Mitarbeit bei steuerlichen Themen und weiteren Aufgaben

Die Stelle ist abwechslungsreich und bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, Ihr Know\-how vielseitig einzusetzen.

Das bringen Sie mit

Für diese Aufgabe suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die fachlich sattelfest ist und gleichzeitig gerne selbstständig arbeitet.

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbuchhaltung
  • Eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen ist von Vorteil
  • Eine exakte, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an digitalen Arbeitsprozessen und eine gute IT\-Affinität
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Wichtig ist vor allem, dass Sie sich in der Immobilienbuchhaltung sicher bewegen und Freude daran haben.
