Ihre Aufgaben

Als Teil unseres Teams unterstützen Sie die Immobilienbewirtschafterinnen und Buchhalterinnen bei der kaufmännischen und technischen Bewirtschaftung unseres gemischten Immobilienportfolios. Dabei übernehmen Sie vielseitige Aufgaben und stehen in regelmässigem Kontakt mit Mietern, Eigentümern und externen Partnern.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen:

  • Wieder\- und Vermietung von Wohnungen und Gewerberäumlichkeiten
  • Bearbeitung von Kündigungen, Erstellung von Inseraten sowie Organisation und Durchführung von Besichtigungen
  • Vorbereitung von Abnahmen und Erstellung von Schlussrechnungen
  • Mitbetreuung unserer Mieter\- und Eigentümerschaft
  • Kontakt mit Hauswarten, Behörden, Ämtern und Handwerksbetrieben
  • Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung des ordentlichen Unterhalts und Betriebs unserer Liegenschaften
  • Mithilfe in der Debitorenbuchhaltung
  • Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Arbeiten

Das bringen Sie mit

Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung und bringen bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Immobilienbranche mit. Idealerweise haben Sie die Weiterbildung Sachbearbeiter/in Immobilienbewirtschaftung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung abgeschlossen.

Sie sind kundenorientiert, belastbar und flexibel, setzen Prioritäten richtig und arbeiten selbständig, lösungsorientiert und exakt. Eine offene Kommunikation und die Zusammenarbeit im Team sind für Sie selbstverständlich.

Gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse sowie der Führerausweis Kat. B runden Ihr Profil ab. Erfahrung mit der Immobiliensoftware «W\&W» ist von Vorteil. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse setzen wir voraus.
