Immobilienschätzer/in (m/w/d)80 \- 100 %, Schaffhausen =======================================================

Deine Aufgaben

  • Bewertung anspruchsvoller Renditeobjekte sowie Gewerbe\- und Industriebauten mit IAZI oder Vitruv mittels Erstellung von Bewertungsberichten und Dokumentationen
  • Analyse von Projektentwicklungen und Landwerten als Grundlage fundierter Kreditentscheide
  • Besichtigung von Immobilien allein oder gemeinsam mit unseren Kundenberaterinnen und Kundenberatern sowie fachliches Sparring bei anspruchsvollen Finanzierungs\- und Bewertungsvorhaben
  • Fachlicher Austausch mit Immobilienfirmen, Baupromotor/innen, Architekt/innen und Immobilienhändler/innen
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der Weiterentwicklung des Schätzungswesens durch das Erkennen von Verbesserungspotenzialen, die Weiterentwicklung von Bewertungsstandards und Methoden sowie das Einbringen digitaler, datenbasierter und automatisierter Lösungen zur Steigerung von Qualität, Effizienz und Aussagekraft unserer Bewertungen
  • Fachliche Ansprechperson für Bewertungsthemen innerhalb der Bank sowie Weitergabe von Wissen durch Schulungen und fachliches Sparring
  • Pflege und Ausbau eines aktiven Netzwerks mit relevanten Marktteilnehmern im Immobilienumfeld

Deine Erfahrung und Persönlichkeit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bewertung von Renditeobjekten sowie Gewerbe\- und Industriebauten
  • Fundierte Ausbildung im Immobilienbereich, beispielsweise CAS Immobilienbewertung oder eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in IAZI und/oder Vitruv
  • Erfahrung mit Projektanalysen und Landwertberechnungen
  • Sicheres Auftreten und Freude am Austausch mit professionellen Marktteilnehmern
  • Analytische, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit hoher Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Freude daran, Fachwissen weiterzugeben, Bestehendes kritisch zu hinterfragen und die Weiterentwicklung des Schätzungswesens aktiv mitzugestalten
