Requisiti: - formazione professionale completata nel settore alberghiero, turistico o qualifica equivalente - almeno due anni di esperienza professionale in un ruolo analogo nel settore alberghiero o marittimo - preferibilmente, esperienza manageriale iniziale o pluriennale - buona conoscenza del tedesco, italiano, francese e/o inglese - esperienza con sistemi di gestione alberghiera e di prenotazione (PMS), ad esempio Protel Air o simili soluzioni - forte orientamento al servizio e comportamento professionale - capacità organizzative, forte senso di responsabilità e mentalità imprenditoriale - stile di lavoro indipendente, strutturato e orientato alla soluzione - disponibilità a lavorare con orari flessibili, inclusi fine settimana e festivi

Ihre Aufgaben Fachliche und personelle Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des Front-Office-Teams Verantwortung für einen professionellen und reibungslosen Ablauf sämtlicher Empfangs- und Gästeserviceprozesse Koordination und Überwachung von Reservationen, Zimmerbelegungen sowie An- und Abreisen Sicherstellung einer erstklassigen Gästebetreuung und hohen Servicequalität Erstellung und Optimierung von Einsatz- und Dienstplänen Schulung, Motivation und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Zimmerpreisen, Angeboten und Auslastung Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Hoteldirektion sowie den operativen Abteilungen Professionelle Bearbeitung von Gästefeedback und Reklamationen Kontinuierliche Verbesserung interner Prozesse und betrieblicher Standards

Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Hotellerie, Tourismus oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion innerhalb der Hotellerie oder Schifffahrtsbranche Idealerweise erste oder mehrjährige Führungserfahrung Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, Italienisch, Französisch und/oder Englisch Erfahrung im Umgang mit Hotelmanagement- und Reservationssystemen (PMS), beispielsweise Protel Air oder vergleichbaren Lösungen Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und professionelles Auftreten Organisationsgeschick, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und unternehmerisches Denken Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten, einschliesslich Wochenenden und Feiertagen
