Industriemeister Division Automotive & Industrial

Aufgaben - Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung eines Produktionsteams, inklusive der Einsatzplanung (bestehend aus rund 17 Mitarbeitenden) - - Verantwortung für die effiziente und qualitätsorientierte Fertigung von technischen Federn im Bereich der Druckfedern Planung und Überwachung der Produktionsprozesse, um eine reibungslose und termingerechte Produktion sicherzustellen - Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Produktionsvorgaben und Arbeitsabläufen - Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Qualität und Kosteneffektivität - Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen wie Entwicklung, Qualitätssicherung und Einkauf, um einen reibungslosen - Informationsfluss sicherzustellen - Überwachung und Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Prüfungen, um die Einhaltung der Qualitätsstandards sicherzustellen - Einhaltung der relevanten Vorschriften und Richtlinien im Bereich Automotive

Voraussetzungen

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation - - Weiterbildung als Industriemeister oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung Erfahrung im Umgang mit modernen Produktionstechnologien - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktion - Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Qualitätskontrolle und Qualitätssicherung - Eigenverantwortliche und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise - Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
