Infirmière ou Infirmier en santé préscolaire (40%)

Par un travail de prévention et de promotion de la santé, le Service de santé et prévention de la Ville de Lausanne a pour objectif de favoriser un développement harmonieux des enfants scolarisés, de contribuer à leur bien\-être et d'encourager l'inclusion. Afin de garantir une approche cohérente, préventive et actualisée des questions de santé au sein du domaine préscolaire du Réseau\-L, nous recherchons une infirmière ou un infirmier expérimenté\-e.

Mission(s) principale(s)

Apporter sa compétence et son expertise en santé auprès des équipes éducatives

Organiser le suivi des formations du personnel en identifiant notamment les besoins en lien avec les obligations réglementaires

Etre en charge de l'inventaire et de l'approvisionnement des pharmacies et du matériel de premier secours dans chaque institution

Gérer et mettre à jour la documentation santé, sécurité et hygiène

Etre la coordinatrice ou le coordinateur de soutien lors d'épidémies en collaboration avec la cheffe de service et l'infirmière responsable

Profil

Bachelor HES en soins infirmiers ou titre jugé équivalent avec reconnaissance Croix\-Rouge Suisse

Expérience dans la prévention et promotion de la santé communautaire

5 années d'expérience en tant qu'infirmière ou infirmier dans le secteur de l'enfance

Expérience dans la conduite, les projets de coordination, le travail en interdisciplinarité et la gestion administrative

Connaissances d'une langue étrangère, un atout

Conditions spéciales
