Description du poste --------------------

Mission principale : L'IADE est un\-e professionnel\-le spécialisé\-e en anesthésie, réanimation et prise en charge de la douleur. Il/elle travaille en étroite collaboration avec le médecin anesthésiste pour assurer la sécurité du patient avant, pendant et après une intervention chirurgicale ou un acte médical invasif.

Activités principales :

  • Préparer et contrôler le matériel d'anesthésie.
  • Participer à l'évaluation préopératoire du patient.
  • Mettre en œuvre les techniques d'anesthésie (générale, loco\-régionale) selon prescription médicale.
  • Surveiller le patient en salle d'opération et en salle de réveil.
  • Intervenir en situation d'urgence (réanimation, prise en charge de la douleur aiguë).
  • Participer à la gestion des risques et à la traçabilité des actes.

Environnement : Blocs opératoires, maternité, services d'urgence, SMUR, soins critiques.

Compétences clés :

  • Maîtrise des protocoles d'anesthésie et de réanimation.
  • Réactivité, sang\-froid et autonomie.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire.
  • Sens aigu de la rigueur et de la sécurité.

Qualifications --------------

  • Diplôme des soins infirmiers avec la spécialisation en anesthésie
  • Reconnaissance croix rouge effectuée ou en cours
