Pour le compte d'un de nos clients, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Infirmier\-chef (H/F) 80 à 100%.

Vos futures responsabilités ----------------------------

  • Vous dirigerez et piloterez une équipe de soins.
  • Vous assurerez la gestion opérationnelle et stratégique des unités en appliquant votre expertise clinique et managériale.
  • Vous veillerez au respect des conventions de travail.
  • Vous piloterez des projets d'amélioration continue, en lien avec les objectifs institutionnels et les normes qualité (IQM, SQM, PLAISIR, PLEX, PCI).
  • Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les différents services de formation professionnelle pour garantir un encadrement adapté des équipes.
  • Vous développerez une posture professionnelle exemplaire, en garantissant la qualité des soins et la prise en charge globale des patients.
  • Vous participerez au développement et à la mise en œuvre des stratégies institutionnelles, en vous adaptant aux évolutions du secteur.

Votre profil ------------

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme d'Infirmier, complété par un CAS et/ou DAS en gestion d'équipes ou d'organisations médico\-sociales et sanitaires, ou titre équivalent.
  • Vous justifiez d'au minimum 5 ans d'expérience en management dans une structure.
  • Vous possédez une solide expérience en milieu psychiatrique.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils de gestion et d'évaluation utilisés dans le domaine (planifications, IQM, SQM, PLAISIR, PLEX, PCI).
  • Vous avez une expérience confirmée en gestion et conduite d'équipes, en particulier dans le cadre des conventions collectives de travail.
  • Vous avez démontré des compétences solides en gestion de projets.
  • Vous possédez des connaissances approfondies en gestion financière et budgétaire, notamment concernant l'application des dotations en soins.
  • Vous faites preuve d'une grande flexibilité, d'un engagement fort et d'une posture professionnelle éprouvée.
  • Une expérience ou spécialisation en psychiatrie de l'adulte sera également appréciée.
