Infirmier\-conseil ou Infirmière\-conseil expérimenté\-e en psychiatrie et en soins à domicile

En tant qu’infirmier·ère\-conseil, tu rejoins une petite équipe engagée, dont la mission est de s’assurer que les prestations de soins infirmiers réalisées au domicile comme en EMS répondent aux exigences de qualité de soin et respectent le cadre légal en vigueur.

Ce que tu fais au quotidien

Au cœur de l’activité, le contrôle des mandats médicaux, des évaluations de soins requis et de la facturation des soins en psychiatrie et en somatique à domicile te permet de contribuer activement à la qualité et à la conformité des prestations fournies aux assurés. Tu veilles également au respect des dispositions légales et conventionnelles par les fournisseurs de soins.

Tu assures la gestion de dossiers de soins infirmiers complexes. À partir des documents transmis par les fournisseurs ou lors d’évaluations au domicile, tu évalues et analyses les besoins en soins des assurés et établis et rédiges les garanties de prise en charge octroyées.

La collaboration avec les partenaires de soins, ainsi que des rencontres, fait partie de ton rôle. Ces interactions permettent de convenir des prises en charge conformes au cadre légal et aux bonnes pratiques métiers, ainsi que d’apporter un conseil en matière de prestations LAMal ou d’autres assurances sociales.

En parallèle, tu assures les tâches administratives liées à la fonction, et t’investis activement dans les formations continues, les groupes de travail et les projets internes, contribuant ainsi à l’évolution des pratiques.

Ton expertise clinique est un véritable soutien pour les collaborateurs des différents départements, notamment sur les aspects spécifiques liés aux soins à domicile.

Ce que tu apportes à l’équipe

Titulaire d’un Bachelor of Science HES en soins infirmiers ou titre équivalent, tu bénéficies d’au moins 2 ans d’expérience confirmée en psychiatrie ainsi que de 3 ans dans les soins à domicile en Suisse. Une expérience en EMS constitue un atout supplémentaire pour ce poste.

À l’aise dans la communication orale et écrite comme dans la négociation, tu sais défendre ton point de vue de manière structurée et argumentée. Ton esprit d’analyse et de synthèse te permet de gérer efficacement des dossiers complexes.

Reconnu·e pour ton sens de l’organisation, tu travailles de manière autonome, tout en t’impliquant pleinement dans la dynamique d’équipe.

Ta maîtrise du français et ton aisance avec les outils informatiques usuels sont essentielles pour réussir dans cette fonction. La connaissance de l’italien et/ou de l’allemand, ainsi que de l’outil Syrius, représente un réel plus.
