Le concept de santé holistique réunit le centre pour personnes âgées St. Josef, un centre de santé avec un service interne de soins à domicile ainsi qu'un département pour l'habitat assisté. Vous aurez l'opportunité d'intervenir dans le domaine passionnant et varié des soins à domicile internes ainsi que dans le service ambulatoire du centre de santé.

Domaine d'activités ###

  • Prise en charge de la responsabilité quotidienne et garantie du déroulement complet avec l'équipe
  • Documentation des soins et de l'accompagnement
  • Soins professionnels, accompagnement et conseil des religieuses âgées dans toutes les situations
  • Collaboration interdisciplinaire avec toutes les instances impliquées dans l'accompagnement et les soins
  • Coordination des consultations et planification des rendez-vous au centre de santé
  • Tâches médico-techniques

Exigences ###

  • Formation : infirmière diplômée HF, psych. KP, DN II, DN I ou AKP
  • Expérience professionnelle dans le domaine des soins et de l'accompagnement, une expérience dans le domaine des soins à domicile est un avantage
  • Capacités de communication, compétences sociales, empathie et compréhension pour nos religieuses âgées
  • Esprit d'équipe, flexibilité, autonomie et résistance au stress même dans des situations d'urgence et de forte activité
  • Bonne maîtrise de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit ainsi que bonnes connaissances informatiques
