La Fondation Résidence du Léman à Corseaux, établissement médico-social de 46 lits à mission gériatrique et psychogériatrique compatible, est à la recherche d-un/e

 

Infirmier / infirmière à 80%-100%

Le poste est ouvert indifféremment aux hommes et aux femmes.

Située à Corseaux, dans un cadre exceptionnel offrant une vue imprenable sur le lac Léman, notre Fondation place l'humain, la bienveillance et la qualité de l'accompagnement au cœur de sa philosophie de soins. D'autre part, la Fondation soutient activement le développement du personnel à travers les formations.

Vos missions :

  • Assurer, développer et garantir la qualité des soins infirmiers et paramédicaux en collaboration avec l-infirmier chef
  • Garantir la qualité et le suivi des actes médicaux délégués
  • Prodiguer de manière autonome les soins et l'accompagnement des résidents
  • Participer à la gestion clinique
  • Contribuer au développement de la démarche Qualité
  • Travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire et accompagner les équipes

Votre profil :

  • Titulaire d'un diplôme HES ou d-un diplôme jugé équivalent reconnu Croix-Rouge Suisse
  • Formation complémentaire de praticien formateur, évaluation clinique ou psychogériatrie un atout
  • Maîtrise du logiciel SADIES
  • Expérience dans un poste similaire de 2 ans au minimum
  • Sens des responsabilités et prise d'initiative
