Tâches ##

  • Assurer une prise en charge individualisée des résidents.
  • Documenter les soins selon le processus de soins établi.
  • Assumer la responsabilité des soins infirmiers fournis.

Compétences ##

  • Diplôme en soins infirmiers HF requis et expérience souhaitée.
  • Compétences sociales élevées et autonomie dans le travail.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et patience avec les aînés.

La Fondation Flury assure, avec plus de 600 collaborateurs à l-hôpital de Schiers, dans les trois maisons de retraite de Schiers, Jenaz et Klosters, le service Spitex, le logement avec services, la crèche, le conseil aux parents et le centre médical de Klosters, une prise en charge sanitaire complète et intégrée dans le Prättigau entre Grüsch et Klosters.

La maison de retraite de Schiers, nichée dans un magnifique paysage de montagne, offre un foyer chaleureux à environ 52 résidents.

Vos tâches comprennent : - Un accompagnement et des soins individualisés et adaptés aux besoins de nos résidents - Soins selon le processus de soins et documentation correspondante - Prise en charge de la responsabilité infirmière

Votre profil : - Vous disposez d-une formation achevée en tant qu-infirmier diplômé HF - Joie et patience dans le contact avec les personnes âgées, esprit d-équipe et fiabilité - Grande compétence professionnelle et sociale combinée à une manière de travailler fiable et autonome - Intérêt pour de nouveaux défis et bonne organisation personnelle du travail
