Infirmier diplômé HF ou professionnel de la santé 40 - 80% en emploi fixe ou à l'heure, service de jour

Tâches et activités :

- Soins professionnels et accompagnement des clients malades, âgés et en soins palliatifs à domicile dans la ville de Zurich.

- Documentation des soins dans Perigon via tablette

- Transmission des besoins des clients à l'équipe de soins

Profil requis :

- Diplôme d'infirmier diplômé HF

- Diplôme de professionnel de la santé FaGe

Compétences :

- Exercice de la profession par conviction (affaire de cœur)

- Expérience en soins palliatifs un atout ou volonté de formation continue

- Approche prudente et globale des situations

- Plaisir à travailler de manière autonome et responsable

- Forte orientation service - client & équipe

- Empathie

- Respect dans les relations

- Exigence élevée de qualité

- Volonté de formation continue

- Bonnes connaissances écrites et orales en allemand (niveau B2)

- Permis de conduire catégorie B

- Expérience avec Perigon un atout
