Les interventions de soins à la maison & ferme Hermolingen avec environ 36 résidents et la prestation de services psychiatriques dans un environnement élargi complètent notre service Spitex et en font quelque chose de particulier. À partir du 1.1.2027, nous unirons nos forces dans la région du lac de Sempach et démarrerons ensemble en tant que nouvelle organisation moderne et tournée vers l-avenir Spitex Sempachersee Plus AG.

Pour renforcer notre équipe de psychiatrie au site de Rothenburg, nous recherchons immédiatement ou sur accord un infirmier diplômé HF Psychiatrie engagé à 40 - 90 %

Vos tâches

  • Soins et accompagnement professionnels et globaux de personnes atteintes de troubles psychiques - dans leur domicile habituel
  • Prise en charge de la responsabilité du cas et gestion de l-ensemble du processus de soins, y compris les évaluations des besoins selon InterRAI-CMH
  • Collaboration active avec toutes les personnes impliquées dans le processus de soins
  • Conseil aux collaborateurs de toutes les professions de l-équipe somatique en cas de besoin
  • Planification et coordination indépendantes des différentes tâches et interventions auprès des clients au sein de l-équipe psychiatrie
  • Participation au développement continu du domaine dynamique de la psychiatrie

Vous apportez

  • Diplôme d-infirmier HF / FH en psychiatrie
  • Au moins 2 ans d-expérience professionnelle dans le domaine de la psychiatrie pour satisfaire aux exigences légales et pouvoir effectuer les évaluations des besoins de manière autonome
  • Expérience / intérêt pour le domaine de la psychiatrie de l-enfant et de l-adolescent souhaitable
  • Grande résistance au stress et fort sens des responsabilités
  • Mode de travail autonome, structuré et prévoyant
  • Attitude axée sur les solutions et les ressources
  • Esprit d-équipe
  • Voiture privée ou scooter
  • Grâce à votre nature ouverte et joyeuse ainsi qu-à une communication claire, vous trouvez facilement un accès à l-équipe Spitex et à toutes les autres personnes concernées
