Infirmier en oncologie (h/f) \- HAD

Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous serez en charge de :

  • Répondre avec efficacité à des prises en charge spécifiques.
  • Planifier, organiser et prodiguer des soins répondant à la qualité, en lien avec la charte de l'établissement.
  • Offrir des soins personnalisés
  • Application des protocoles et procédures de l'institution

Ce que nous vous offrons :

  • Une structure de référence spécialisée dans la prise en charge à domicile accordant une importance particulière à la personnalisation des soins et la relation de proximité,
  • Tournée de soins sur un périmètre géographie restreint, en vélo, voiture ou à pied
  • Horaire en journée continue, matin, soir ou coupés.

Pour réussir pleinement dans ce poste, vous vous distinguez par les qualités et compétences suivantes :

  • Vous disposez du diplôme d'infirmier avec Reconnaissance Croix Rouge ;
  • Vous bénéficiez au minimum d'une expérience de 2 ans comme Infirmier(e)
  • Vous bénéficiez d'une première expérience réussie en service d'oncologie ou HAD ;
  • Vous avez de bonnes connaissances concernant le réseau de soins Genevois ou Suisse ;
  • Vous êtes organisé(e), flexible et adaptable ;
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques ;
  • Vous disposez d'un véhicule personnel (un plus) ou êtes à l'aise en vélo ;
  • La gestion autonome d'une situation d'urgence ne vous fait pas peur, vous êtes maitre de vos émotions ;
  • Vous savez faire preuve d'une grande aisance relationnelle et de discrétion ; Votre casier judiciaire est vierge.
