Afin de répondre aux besoins de l'un de nos clients situé à Morges, dans le cadre de missions longues nous recherchons un :

Infirmier en soins à domicile H/F

Votre mission: ###

  • Assurer une prise en charge technique rapide et efficace des patients.
  • Dispenser des soins techniques à domicile auprès de patients en oncologie et en soins palliatifs.
  • Garantir la transmission d-informations et la tenue à jour des dossiers médicaux via le logiciel MedLink.
  • Appliquer rigoureusement les protocoles et procédures établis par l-institution.

Compétences requises: ###

  • Vous êtes mobile, autonome et faites preuve d-une grande capacité d-adaptation.
  • Vous manifestez un réel intérêt pour les domaines de l-oncologie, de l-hématologie, des soins palliatifs et des soins techniques et les soins à domicile.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français, tant à l-oral qu-à l-écrit.
  • À l-aise avec les outils numériques et les smartphones, vous avez idéalement une connaissance du logiciel MedLink.
  • Vous aspirez à développer vos compétences au sein d-un environnement stimulant, engagé dans des prestations de soins de haute qualité.

Votre profil: ###

  • Vous possédez un diplôme d-infirmier(e) HES ou disposez de la reconnaissance de votre diplôme étranger par la Croix Rouge Suisse obligatoire
  • Vous êtes disponible immédiatement ou rapidement
  • Vous êtes au bénéfice d-une expérience réussie dans les soins à domicile (un an minimum)
