Medicalis Delémont recrute : Infirmier\-ère en soins intensifs (H/F) \- Mission à Delémont

Vous êtes passionné\-e par les soins critiques et souhaitez mettre vos compétences au service d'une équipe dynamique ?

Rejoignez l'un de nos établissements partenaires et participez à la prise en charge de patients nécessitant une surveillance et des soins hautement spécialisés.

  • Lieu : Delémont \- Service des soins intensifs
  • Début de mission : Dès que possible
  • Durée : Remplacement jusqu'à fin septembre (environ)
  • Taux d'activité : 80 à 100 %

Description du poste --------------------

Au sein d'un service de soins intensifs, vous serez amené\-e à :

  • Assurer la prise en charge globale de patients en état critique.
  • Surveiller en continu les paramètres vitaux et détecter rapidement toute évolution clinique.
  • Administrer les traitements prescrits et gérer les thérapeutiques complexes.
  • Prendre en charge les patients sous ventilation invasive et non invasive.
  • Utiliser et surveiller les équipements spécifiques des soins intensifs (monitoring, pousse\-seringues, respirateurs, etc.).
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les médecins et l'ensemble de l'équipe pluridisciplinaire.
  • Participer aux situations d'urgence et aux gestes de réanimation.
  • Assurer la traçabilité des soins et garantir une transmission précise des informations.
  • Accompagner les patients ainsi que leurs proches avec professionnalisme, bienveillance et empathie.
  • Veiller au respect des protocoles, des normes de qualité et de sécurité.

Profil recherché -----------------

Nous recherchons un(e) professionnel(le) autonome, rigoureux(se) et doté(e) d'un excellent sens des responsabilités.

Vous possédez

1. Le diplôme d'Infirmier\-ère reconnu en Suisse. 2. Idéalement l'EPD ES en soins intensifs. 3. Une expérience d'au moins 2 ans en soins intensifs ou en réanimation. 4. Une expérience récente aux urgences pourra également être étudiée. 5. Une excellente capacité d'analyse et de prise de décision dans des situations complexes. 6. Un très bon esprit d'équipe et une communication efficace. 7. De la réactivité, de l'organisation et une grande capacité d'adaptation.
