Nous recherchons un(e) infirmier(ère) pour intégrer notre équipe d-hébergement et participer activement à la gestion du domaine de la santé au sein de notre foyer accueillant des adultes présentant une déficience intellectuelle avec des besoins spécifiques en matière de santé mentale, un·e:

Infirmier en unité socio-éducative (H/F)

Mission

  • Assurer la gestion du domaine de la santé au sein du foyer, en veillant à la sécurité, à la qualité de vie et à l-hygiène des bénéficiaires.
  • Contribuer activement à l-élaboration, à la mise en œuvre et à l-évaluation des projets de soins personnalisés.
  • Apporter un soutien et des conseils à l-équipe éducative.
  • Participer à l-accompagnement quotidien des bénéficiaires adultes.
  • Collaborer avec les partenaires internes et externes.

Votre profil :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d-un diplôme d-infirmier·ère HES ou d-un titre jugé équivalent et reconnu en Suisse.
  • Vous disposez d-une expérience et d-un réel intérêt pour l-accompagnement de personnes présentant des troubles de la santé mentale et une déficience intellectuelle.
  • Vous bénéficiez d-une expérience en EPSM ou au sein d-une structure psychiatrique.
  • Des connaissances dans le domaine des troubles du spectre de l-autisme (TSA) constituent un atout.
  • Vous êtes une personne dynamique, autonome et dotée d-un bon esprit d-équipe.
  • Vous disposez de solides compétences relationnelles, organisationnelles et administratives.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d-un permis de conduire.
