L’EMS Résidence les Trémières est installé dans un très bel immeuble de 1910, idéalement situé près d’Ouchy, à cinq minutes de la gare et proche du métro et des bus.

Nous accueillons 28 résidents de gériatrie et psycho\-gériatrie compatible pour un accompagnement de longue durée.

La structure de taille humaine dans un cadre soigné et harmonieux permet de prodiguer des soins individualisés.

Poste de jour avec un week\-end de travail par mois.

Votre profil :

  • Bénéficier d’une expérience de quelques années en gériatrie
  • Garantir l’intégration et l’accompagnement individualisé du résident
  • Prodiguer des soins de qualités selon les objectifs définis
  • Connaître le logiciel DIR
  • Avoir un sens des responsabilités et faire preuve d’autonomie
  • Savoir gérer une équipe et encadrer les auxiliaires de santé et les stagiaires
