AccueilInfirmier(-ière) au service des Urgences - CDM 12 mois à 85% 

L-Hôpital de La Tour dispose d-un service d-urgence et de permanence médicale ouvert sept jour sur sept et 24 heures sur 24. Notre service comprend toute l-infrastructure nécessaire à l-établissement d-un diagnostic pour dispenser les premiers soins et pour une surveillance, quelle que soit la gravité du cas. Il possède en outre une salle de réanimation, une salle de plâtre ainsi que diverses salles de soins et de consultations. Afin de compléter notre équipe, nous recrutons: 

Infirmier(-ière) au service des Urgences - CDM 12 mois à 85% (ref : 2035)

 

Votre mission :

Dans un établissement de pointe vous occupez un poste varié au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire comprenant des infirmiers(-ères), des aides-soignants(-es), des médecins.

Vous devrez assurer la prise en charge infirmière des patients dans le cadre des urgences : accueil, triage, et soins d-urgence.

A ce titre vous êtes en charge de ;

  • Accueillir des patients et leurs proches en situation de crise
  • Evaluer continuellement l'état clinique du patient et son évolution en situation aigue
  • Anticiper tout changement d'évolution des patients en se basant sur des connaissances scientifiques actuelles
  • Assurer la mise en œuvre et la continuité des soins de qualité en situation aigue
  • Accompagner et soutenir les patients et leurs proches et répondre à leurs besoins dans le cadre de leur traitement aigu

Nous recherchons un profil répondant aux critères suivants :

  • Diplôme d'infirmier(-ère) 
  • Expérience réussie au sein d'un service d'urgences (obligatoire)
  • Certificat d'expert en soins d-urgence, un réel atout
  • En possession de la reconnaissance croix rouge (pour les diplômes étrangers)
  • Sens du contact et du service dans le cadre d'un établissement privé
  • Autonome, bienveillance, polyvalence, capacité d'adaptation, d'organisation et sens des priorités sont des qualités essentielles
  • Attitude positive au sein d'une équipe et être capable de générer un climat de confiance
