La Clinique de Crans-Montana, nichée au cœur des Alpes valaisannes, est un site hospitalier des HUG. Ses missions hospitalières consistent à prendre en charge des patientes et patients pour des réhabilitations en médecine interne générale et psychosomatique, des réhabilitations polyvalentes post-opératoires ou post-hospitalisations en milieu aigu.

Description du poste ##

Vous dispensez, de manière autonome et/ou sur délégation médicale, des soins infirmiers personnalisés et globaux dans le cadre d-une unité de réhabilitation.

Vous assurez avec précision et rigueur la transmission d-informations entre les équipes multidisciplinaires et contribuez au développement de la qualité des soins. Vous collaborez à l-encadrement et à l-enseignement clinique du nouveau personnel soignant et des étudiants et étudiantes.

Vous soutenez les équipes en place avec une grande capacité d-adaptation, de souplesse et de disponibilité. Vous contribuez aux projets d-améliorations continues en montrant votre ouverture aux changements.

Qualifications ##

Vous êtes au bénéfice d-un Bachelor HES en soins infirmiers ou d-un diplôme en soins infirmiers équivalent reconnu par la Croix-Rouge, et une excellente maîtrise de la langue française orale et écrite.

Un CAS de praticienne ou praticien formateur HES ou une attestation de formateur ou formatrice en entreprise, un CAS en santé mentale, ou une formation en éducation thérapeutique sont des atouts supplémentaires.

Vous possédez une grande rigueur, ainsi qu-un sens aigu de l'organisation et de la gestion des priorités, faites preuve d-excellentes compétences relationnelles, ainsi qu-un intérêt marqué pour le suivi des patients et patientes souffrant de problèmes psychosomatiques.
