AccueilInfirmier(-ère) de nuit à l'UCP - CDI 90% 

L'unité de soins cardio-pulmonaire et les soins intermédiaires ont pour mission de prendre en charge des patients qui présentent des affections médicales ou chirurgicales et ayant besoin d'une surveillance rapprochée et spécifique.

Afin de compléter notre service nous recrutons un(-e) :  

Infirmier(-ère) de nuit à l'UCP - CDI 90% (ref : 2019)

Votre mission :

Dans un établissement de pointe vous occupez un poste varié au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire comprenant des infirmiers(-ères), des aides-soignants(-es), des médecins.

Vous devrez assurer l-accueil des patients atteints de pathologies complexes, dans le cadre d-une prise en charge globale en phase aigüe.

A ce titre vous êtes en charge de ;

  • Installer le patient et lui présenter les informations d'organisation administrative et de soin
  • Recueillir et transmettre les données médicales et administratives et compléter le dossier de soins informatisé
  • Assurer et organiser la planification des soins en fonction des priorités et du degré d'urgence
  • Effectuer les soins sur prescription médicale et en conformité avec les procédures de l-unité et institutionnelles
  • Assurer la tenue du Dossier Patient Informatisé
  • Evaluer continuellement l'état clinique du patient et son évolution en situation aigue
  • Assurer la coordination inter services pour la gestion des mouvements de patients
  • Coordonner les entrées et sorties : les mutations internes, les transferts externes des patients en collaboration avec le cadre de santé
  • Assiste aux formations nécessaires afin de maintenir et de développer les compétences attendues pour son poste
  • Accueillir, accompagner les étudiants et des nouveaux collaborateurs
  • Savoir s-adapter face aux situations d-urgences.

 

Nous recherchons un profil répondant aux critères suivants :

  • Diplôme d'infirmier(-ère)
  • En possession de la reconnaissance croix rouge
  • 2-3 années d'expériences 
  • Expérience en cardiologie, pneumologie et soins critiques souhaitée 
  • Sens du contact et du service dans le cadre d'un établissement privé
  • Autonome, bienveillance, polyvalence, capacité d'adaptation, d'organisation et sens des priorités sont des qualités essentielles
  • Attitude positive au sein d'une équipe et êtes capable de générer un climat de confiance
