Nous sommes une organisation dynamique offrant des services de soins à domicile.

Tâches ##

  • Assurer des soins de base et traitements adaptés aux clients.
  • Mettre en œuvre les interventions médicales prescrites par les médecins.
  • Élaborer des plans de soins et participer activement au processus.

Compétences ##

  • Diplôme en soins infirmiers HF ou équivalent requis.
  • Compétences sociales et professionnelles élevées.

Nous sommes une petite organisation dynamique et innovante avec un mandat de prestation pour les soins ambulatoires et l'entretien ménager dans la commune de Würenlos. Il nous tient à cœur que les quelque 7 900 habitants de Würenlos puissent rester chez eux aussi longtemps que possible et bien pris en charge. Nous attachons une grande importance à ce que nos clients puissent établir une relation de confiance solide avec nous et veillons donc à la continuité du personnel dans nos soins et notre accompagnement.

Pour compléter notre équipe de soins, nous recherchons dès le 01.10.2026 ou selon accord un(e) infirmier(ère) diplômé(e) HF motivé(e) (20-100%), les personnes en reprise de carrière sont également les bienvenues.

Vos tâches principales ##

  • Soins de base et soins de traitement professionnels de nos clients, en tenant compte de leur biographie et de leurs proches.
  • Réalisation des interventions prescrites par le médecin.
  • Vous élaborez des plans de soins et participez activement au processus de soins, en tant qu'infirmier(ère) diplômé(e) HF vous travaillez avec l'instrument interRAI.
  • Vous travaillez de manière autonome tout en étant un membre d'équipe empathique et soutenant.
  • Vous soutenez les autres professions avec vos connaissances.

Votre profil ##

  • Formation achevée en tant qu'infirmier(ère) diplômé(e) HF (ou équivalent reconnu par la Croix-Rouge suisse).
  • Les débutants et les personnes en reprise de carrière sont chaleureusement accueillis.
  • Mode de travail autonome et responsable.
  • Compétences professionnelles et sociales élevées.
  • Joie de travailler avec des personnes de tout âge.
  • Intérêt pour des situations complexes et en évolution rapide.
  • Esprit d'équipe et flexibilité.
  • Bonnes compétences en informatique et en allemand.
  • Disponibilité pour travailler tôt le matin, en soirée ainsi que les week-ends.
  • Permis de conduire catégorie B ou courage pour faire du vélo électrique.
  • Expérience dans un ou plusieurs des domaines suivants : technologie médicale et interRAI-HC est un avantage.
