Infirmier/ère en Santé au Travail

  • Titulaire d'un diplôme d'Infirmier(ère) HES ou d'un titre équivalent reconnu par la Croix\-Rouge Suisse
  • Certification BLS ou AFGSU en cours de validité
  • Formation complémentaire en santé au travail, prévention ou dans un domaine apparenté
  • Excellente maitrise du français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit
  • Bon niveau d'anglais (minimum B2\)
  • Expérience d'au moins 3 ans en soins infirmiers, idéalement complétée par une expérience en soins d'urgence
  • Bonnes connaissance des protocoles de sécurité et de la gestion des incidents en milieu professionnel
  • Capacité à évaluer rapidement une situation clinique, à définir les priorités et à prendre des décisions adaptées
  • Maitrise des outils informatiques, des logiciels médicaux et des applications bureautiques
  • Réactivité et sang\-froid en situation d'urgence
  • Sens de l'organisation et excellente gestion des priorités
  • Esprit d'équipe et solides compétences relationnelles
  • Autonomie, adaptabilité et approche proactive de la prévention

* Assurer l'accueil, l'écoute et l'accompagnement des collaborateurs sur les questions de santé * Réaliser les soins infirmiers courants et intervenir en cas d'urgence * Participer à la prise en charge des accidents du travail et coordonner les orientations médicales nécessaires * Assurer le suivi administratif et la mise à jour des dossiers médicaux * Veiller à la gestion du matériel médical et des stocks * Contribuer aux actions de prévention, de sensibilisation et de promotion de la santé au sein de l'entreprise * Participer aux démarches d'amélioration des conditions de travail et de prévention des risques professionnels j4id10431561jm j4it1041jm j4iy26jm
