La Fondation La Rozavère regroupe trois établissements médico\-sociaux (EMS) ainsi qu'une structure de préparation et d'attente à l'hébergement (SPAH).

Pour notre site de l'Orée, nous recherchons un·e infirmier·ère motivé·e et engagé·e qui contribuera au bien\-être de nos résident·e·s au sein d'un environnement humain et bienveillant.

VOTRE MISSION

En tant qu’infirmier·ère, vous planifiez, réalisez et supervisez les soins prodigués à nos résident·e·s tout en respectant leur sécurité et leur bien\-être. De plus, vous coordonnez les interventions des prestataires externes auprès des résident·e·s de l’unité. En étroite collaboration avec les médecins, vous participez au suivi médical des résident·e·s et appliquez les ordres médicaux. Votre esprit d’équipe favorise l’élaboration et la réalisation d’un projet d’accompagnement interdisciplinaire.

Grâce à votre sens de l’écoute et à votre communication bienveillante, vous répondez aux résident·e·s, ainsi qu’à leurs proches, entre autres sur les soins administrés. De plus, vous veillez à retranscrire dans le dossier des résident·e·s, toute information relative à leur santé. De nature participative, vous intervenez durant les colloques organisés au sein de l’unité.

Enthousiaste et patient·e, souhaitez\-vous travailler dans une ambiance positive où la formation est encouragée ? Dans votre rôle, vous accompagnerez et superviserez vos collègues ASSC, auxiliaires de santé, ainsi que toute autre personne en formation.

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme HES en soins infirmiers ou d’un titre jugé équivalent
  • Vous possédez une expérience professionnelle d’au moins 2 ans dans la fonction
  • Vous avez une expérience réussie dans le domaine de la psychiatrie de l’âge avancé
  • Vous possédez une aisance relationnelle et une grande capacité à communiquer
  • Vous parlez et écrivez parfaitement le français.
