La Clinique de Montagne de Lucerne est la clinique de réhabilitation de la Fondation Clinique Bernoise Montana, avec des programmes accrédités pour la réhabilitation pulmonaire et cardiovasculaire ainsi qu-un service de psychosomatique. Un autre point fort est le centre certifié d-analyse du sommeil. La clinique est située à 1500 m d-altitude sur le plateau ensoleillé de Crans-Montana dans le Valais central. Dans le milieu professionnel, on parle allemand et français.

Infirmier(ère) spécialisé(e) Chef(fe) de service

En tant que chef(fe) de service, vous jouez un rôle clé dans l-organisation et la gestion des activités de soins dans la clinique de réhabilitation.

Vos tâches

  • Vous participez activement à la direction de l-équipe soignante (planification, accompagnement, encadrement, définition des priorités)
  • Vous garantissez la qualité et la sécurité des soins en respectant les normes, protocoles et exigences institutionnelles
  • Vous contribuez au développement, à l-optimisation et à l-harmonisation des processus de soins
  • Vous soutenez les équipes sur place et intervenez dans des situations complexes
  • Vous favorisez un climat de travail positif et une dynamique d-équipe constructive
  • Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec la direction des soins et les autres cadres de la clinique
  • Vous contribuez au développement, à l-optimisation et à l-harmonisation des processus de soins

Votre profil

  • Bachelor of Science HES-SO en soins infirmiers ou titre jugé équivalent (reconnaissance Croix-Rouge pour les diplômes étrangers)
  • Expérience professionnelle d-au moins 5 ans en soins infirmiers, idéalement en réadaptation
  • Expérience confirmée en management d-équipe
  • Formation en management (ou en cours) constitue un atout
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en coordination
  • Capacité à prendre des décisions, à gérer les priorités et à faire face à des situations complexes
  • Langue maternelle française ou allemande avec de bonnes connaissances de l-autre langue
