Infirmier Responsable de site spécialisé en Psychiatrie (H/F/D) - 100%

Votre mission

Pour le compte d'un établissement psychiatrique reconnu du canton de Vaud, nous recherchons un responsable de site souhaitant s'investir dans une fonction alliant management de proximité, coordination des soins et participation active à l'accompagnement des patients.

Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la qualité de la prise en charge, l'encadrement des équipes et le développement des bonnes pratiques professionnelles.

Responsabilités

  • Assurer l'encadrement et le soutien quotidien de l'équipe soignante.
  • Organiser et coordonner les activités du service.
  • Garantir la qualité, la sécurité et la continuité des soins.
  • Participer à la gestion des plannings et des ressources.
  • Accompagner les collaborateurs dans leur développement professionnel.
  • Favoriser une dynamique d'équipe positive et collaborative.
  • Participer aux projets institutionnels et à l'amélioration continue des pratiques.

Activité clinique et participation aux soins :

  • Participer activement aux soins infirmiers auprès des patients.
  • Assurer l'évaluation, la planification et le suivi des prises en charge.
  • Contribuer au maintien d'un environnement thérapeutique sécurisant.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les médecins, psychologues et autres professionnels de santé.
  • Garantir le respect des protocoles et des bonnes pratiques en psychiatrie.
  • Participer aux réunions cliniques et interdisciplinaires.

Profil

  • Diplôme d'Infirmier HES ou titre jugé équivalent reconnu en Suisse.
  • Expérience significative en psychiatrie.
  • CAS en Management de proximité et leadership ou CAS en Psychiatrie.
  • Les candidats disposant d'un seul des deux CAS et souhaitant entreprendre le CAS manquant seront également considérés.
  • Première expérience en gestion d'équipe ou forte motivation à évoluer dans une fonction managériale.
  • Excellentes capacités relationnelles et organisationnelles.
  • Leadership naturel, sens des responsabilités et esprit d'équipe.
  • Domicile en Suisse impératif.
