Das kannst du bewirken

  • Du stärkst die Informationssicherheit in deinem Zuständigkeitsbereich und entwickelst sie kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen identifizierst und analysierst du Sicherheitsrisiken und erarbeitest pragmatische Lösungen zur Risikoreduktion.
  • Sicherheitsanforderungen, Risiken und Entscheidungsgrundlagen bereitest du verständlich und adressatengerecht auf.
  • Als kompetente Ansprechperson berätst du Stakeholder in Fragen der Informationssicherheit und begleitest die Umsetzung von Sicherheitsanforderungen.
  • Unterschiedliche Interessen bringst du zusammen und entwickelst tragfähige Lösungen.
  • In Vorhaben und Projekten arbeitest du eng mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern zusammen und bringst Sicherheitsthemen frühzeitig ein.
  • Mit gezielten Awareness- und Empowerment-Aktivitäten stärkst du das Sicherheitsbewusstsein und verankerst Informationssicherheit nachhaltig in der Organisation.

Das bringst du mit

  • Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss in Informatik, Informationssicherheit oder über eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Berufserfahrung in Cyber Security, Risk Management oder Governance konntest du bereits sammeln.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Umgang mit Informationssicherheitsstandards, Methoden und Governance-Prozessen mit.
  • Dank deiner ausgeprägten Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz vermittelst du komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich und adressatengerecht.
  • Du bringst unterschiedliche Interessen zusammen und führst unterschiedliche Perspektiven zu gemeinsamen Lösungen.
  • Die Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern macht dir Freude und du bewegst dich sicher in einem dynamischen Matrixumfeld.
  • Du kommunizierst stilsicher in Deutsch und verfügst zusätzlich über Kenntnisse einer zweiten Landessprache sowie Englisch. 

 

Ortsunabhängiges Arbeiten ist möglich, 1-2 Tage Anwesenheit pro Woche in Bern werden vorausgesetzt.
