Aufgaben

  • Sie koordinieren die Benutzungsdienstleistungen der Hochschulbibliothek Wädenswil und arbeiten an der Informationstheke mit.
  • Sie entwickeln im Team «Dritter Ort» Angebote und Formate, welche die Bibliothek als lebendigen Lern\-, Begegnungs\- und Aufenthaltsort stärken.
  • Als Teil des Schulungsteams vermitteln Sie Informationskompetenz in curricularen Schulungen und Kursen und beraten Studierende sowie Mitarbeitende des Departements Life Sciences \& Facility Management bei Recherchefragen.
  • Sie leiten oder begleiten Vorhaben zur Weiterentwicklung der Dienstleistungen und Angebote der Hochschulbibliothek.

Profil

  • Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Bachelor/Master oder vergleichbar) im Bereich Information und Dokumentation mit.
  • Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen zur Vermittlung von Informationskompetenz sowie über ausgeprägte didaktische Fähigkeiten.
  • Sie haben Freude daran, Angebote und Veranstaltungsformate für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen.
  • Sie arbeiten sicher mit Bibliotheksmanagementsystemen und bringen idealerweise Erfahrung mit mit.
  • Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift und sind in der , in beiden Sprachen zu beraten und zu unterrichten.
  • Sie arbeiten gerne im Team, übernehmen Verantwortung und bringen Themen mit einer lösungsorientierten und vernetzten Arbeitsweise voran.

Sie ist der nationalen Bibliotheksplattform swisscovery angeschlossen und arbeitet mit .

In der Standortbibliothek Wädenswil arbeitet ein kleines, engagiertes Vor\-Ort\-Team eng mit den Fachstellen der Hochschulbibliothek zusammen. Mit ihren Dienstleistungen und Angeboten in den Bereichen Informationsversorgung, Informationskompetenz sowie der Gestaltung eines bedürfnisorientierten Lern\-, Arbeits\- und Begegnungsorts trägt die Standortbibliothek zum Studien\-, Lehr\- und Forschungsalltag des Departements Life Sciences und Facility Management bei.
