Pour l'un de nos clients, acteur reconnu de l'industrie pharmaceutique basé à Genève, nous recherchons un Ingénieur Assurance Qualité Produit dans le cadre d'une mission temporaire de 3 mois, avec possibilité de prolongation.

Ingénieur Assurance Qualité Produit

Vos responsabilités --------------------

Au sein du département Assurance Qualité, vous serez notamment en charge de :

  • Réaliser la revue et la libération des lots de matières premières, articles de conditionnement et produits finis.
  • Assurer le suivi des non\-conformités : approbation des investigations, gestion des CAPA et prise de décision qualité.
  • Piloter les Change Controls liés aux produits commercialisés.
  • Approuver la documentation qualité en lien avec les activités de production et d'ingénierie.
  • Assurer une présence terrain (QA Oversight) et participer aux réunions de production ainsi qu'aux Gemba Walks.
  • Contribuer aux projets d'amélioration continue et accompagner les équipes de production.
  • Participer aux Design Transfers de nouveaux produits et des produits commercialisés.
  • Participer au traitement des réclamations clients.
  • Contribuer aux audits internes, inspections réglementaires et au suivi des indicateurs qualité.

Votre profil ------------

  • Diplôme d'Ingénieur, Master scientifique, Pharmacien ou HES.
  • Expérience de 5/7 ans en Assurance Qualité opérationnelle dans l'industrie pharmaceutique ou des dispositifs médicaux.
  • Une expérience en environnement de fabrication stérile/injectable constitue un réel atout.
  • Bonne connaissance des BPF (GMP) et de la norme ISO 13485.
  • Maîtrise des outils qualité (CAPA, Change Control, analyses de risques, 5 Why, 5M, QQOQCCP, A3…).
  • Français courant et anglais professionnel (minimum B2\).
  • Personne rigoureuse, autonome, proactive et appréciant le travail en équipe.
