Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, notre client, une entreprise industrielle suisse active dans la conception et la réalisation de machines spéciales à forte valeur technologique, souhaite renforcer son équipe et recruter un(e) Ingénieur(e) Automaticien(ne).

Évoluant dans un environnement international et travaillant sur des équipements développés spécifiquement selon les besoins de ses clients, l'entreprise offre l'opportunité de rejoindre une équipe technique spécialisée et de participer à des projets industriels complexes, de la phase de conception jusqu'à la validation des systèmes.

Ingénieur Automaticien

VOS MISSIONS ------------

Au sein de l'équipe technique en charge des systèmes d'automation, vous interviendrez notamment sur les missions suivantes :

  • Concevoir et développer les systèmes d'automation des machines.
  • Participer aux études de faisabilité technique.
  • Participer à la rédaction des cahiers des charges fonctionnels et des spécifications techniques.
  • Développer et programmer les automates industriels.
  • Définir, préparer et réaliser les tests fonctionnels.
  • Effectuer la mise au point et l'optimisation des programmes.
  • Valider la conformité des programmes par rapport aux exigences clients et aux normes applicables.
  • Assurer la traçabilité et la gestion des différentes versions des programmes à l'aide d'outils tels que Git et SVN.
  • Garantir l'archivage des programmes et des documentations conformément aux procédures qualité.
  • Participer à la rédaction et à la mise à jour de la documentation technique.
  • Collaborer activement avec les différents métiers impliqués dans la conception et le développement des machines.
  • Participer à l'organisation Agile de l'équipe.
  • Contribuer aux démarches d'amélioration continue visant à optimiser les méthodes, outils et processus du service.

VOTRE PROFIL ------------

Pour réussir dans cette fonction, vous disposez idéalement des compétences et expériences suivantes :

  • Master HES/EPF ou formation supérieure équivalente, avec une spécialisation en automation, automatisme ou domaine apparenté.
  • Minimum 5 années d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine des machines spéciales.
  • Solides compétences en automatisme industriel et programmation d'automates.
  • Bonnes connaissances en électronique de commande et en informatique industrielle.
  • Bonne compréhension des environnements industriels multidisciplinaires.
  • Connaissances dans un ou plusieurs domaines complémentaires : électricité, pneumatique, hydraulique ou mécanique.
  • Expérience des processus de tests, validation et mise en service de systèmes automatisés.
  • Une expérience dans un environnement industriel soumis à des exigences élevées en matière de qualité, de documentation et de traçabilité constitue un réel avantage.

Git • SVN • MS Office • Power BI • Sage • Therefore • LeanKit

ainsi que des méthodologies de travail Agile et des processus qualité structurés.
