Avec un portefeuille de produits de plus de 120 verres optiques, matériaux et composants spéciaux, nous maîtrisons l-ensemble de la chaîne de valeur : du développement de verres sur mesure au produit fini de très haute qualité, ainsi que la métrologie.

Ingénieur·e Process Usinage (H/F/D)

Votre contribution :

  • Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de production afin d-atteindre les objectifs d-amélioration continue en termes de qualité, productivité et performance des flux.
  • Vous analysez les capacités des équipements existants et êtes force de proposition pour optimiser leur utilisation, améliorer leur fiabilité et développer de nouveaux procédés.
  • Vous pilotez l-amélioration continue des processus de fabrication, de la phase d-analyse jusqu-à la mise en oeuvre de standards robustes, en vous appuyant sur des méthodologies reconnues (Six Sigma, DMAIC, etc.).
  • Vous rédigez, structurez et déployez les instructions de travail selon les standards TWI, en assurant leur appropriation par les équipes opérationnelles.
  • Vous collaborez avec les différents départements (production, qualité, méthodes, R&D, commercial) afin de répondre aux exigences clients et aux besoins projets.
  • Vous prenez en charge le développement complet de nouveaux procédés d-usinage, notamment dans le cadre de projets prototypes ou de petites séries à forte valeur ajoutée.
  • Vous programmez et optimisez les machines CNC pour l-usinage de matériaux techniques (notamment le saphir), en garantissant la faisabilité industrielle, la répétabilité et la qualité des pièces.
  • Vous définissez les stratégies d-usinage, les paramètres process, les outillages et les méthodes de fabrication adaptés aux exigences clients.
  • Vous êtes responsable de la mise au point des procédés, depuis les premiers essais jusqu-à la validation industrielle.
  • Vous pilotez les projets de développement process de A à Z : analyse du besoin, étude de faisabilité, essais, validation, industrialisation.
  • Vous êtes l-interlocuteur(trice) technique principal(e) sur les projets prototypes et assurez la coordination entre les parties prenantes internes et externes.
  • Vous apportez des solutions concrètes et innovantes permettant de répondre aux exigences techniques élevées de nos clients.
  • En tant qu-expert(e) process, vous réalisez et pilotez des études de faisabilité et d-industrialisation sur des produits spécifiques ou sur mesure.
  • Vous contribuez activement à la résolution de problématiques complexes en production (qualité, capabilité, dérives process, etc.).

Vos qualifications :

  • Diplôme d'ingénieur-e en mécanique ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Formation initiale technique en usinage, idéalement CFC polymécanien·ne
  • Bonnes connaissances en industrialisation et en optimisation de procédés d'usinage
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets industriels et l'amélioration continue des processus de production
  • Une certification ou formation Lean/Six Sigma constitue un atout
  • Leadership natuel, esprit fédérateur et excellentes capacités de communication
  • Esprit analytique et de synthèse, approche structurée et méthodique
  • Proactif(ve), force de proposition et orienté(e) solutions
  • Bon niveau d'anglais (minimum B2)
