Dans ce contexte, nous recherchons actuellement un Ingénieur Estimation Senior expérimenté et proactif pour rejoindre notre section Estimation au sein du Département des Propositions.

Le rôle sera responsable de l'élaboration d'estimations de coûts de projet précises et compétitives, de la surveillance des tendances du marché et des coûts, de la maintenance des données d'estimation des coûts, et du soutien au développement des propositions et aux négociations avec les clients. Travaillant en collaboration avec les équipes Propositions, Achats, Ventes et Techniques, l'Ingénieur Estimation Senior veillera à ce que les estimations soient techniquement solides, commercialement compétitives et alignées sur les exigences du projet ainsi que sur les principes d'estimation de Casale.

Principales fonctions et responsabilités :

  • Préparer des estimations de coûts précises et compétitives pour les projets et propositions.
  • Développer et maintenir des outils et bases de données d'estimation des coûts, en s'appuyant sur des données historiques et de marché.
  • Surveiller les tendances du marché et les principaux paramètres de coûts pour garantir des estimations fiables et à jour.
  • Collecter et évaluer les devis des fournisseurs en collaboration avec le département Achats.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Propositions, Achats et Techniques pour valider les coûts et assurer l'exhaustivité des estimations.
  • Réaliser des analyses de coûts et des benchmarks, en comparant les estimations avec les données historiques et réelles des projets.
  • Soutenir le développement des propositions et les négociations avec les clients en fournissant des décompositions de coûts et des justifications de prix.
  • Diplôme en commerce, gestion, génie mécanique, chimique, électrique ou électronique, combiné à une expérience dans l'industrie pétrolière et gazière.
  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant qu'ingénieur contrats ou estimateur.
  • Une expérience sur des projets onshore/offshore et EPC est considérée comme un avantage.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale ainsi qu'en négociation en anglais.
  • Solide connaissance des techniques et méthodologies d'estimation applicables à l'industrie pétrolière et gazière et aux projets onshore/offshore.
  • Excellentes aptitudes au travail en équipe, avec une approche proactive et orientée résultats.
