Description du poste ##

Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, notre client, acteur reconnu de la construction sur l'arc lémanique, souhaite renforcer son équipe avec un profil expérimenté en Étude de Prix & Méthodes.

Le poste s'inscrit dans une approche hybride, à la croisée de la calculation et de la préparation technique des projets. L'objectif est d'intervenir en amont des chantiers afin d'analyser les projets, d'en définir les coûts et de proposer les méthodes d'exécution les plus adaptées.

Vos missions

  • Analyser les dossiers d'appels d'offres publics et privés ;
  • Réaliser les métrés, études de prix et calculs de revient ;
  • Consulter les fournisseurs et sous-traitants et analyser leurs offres ;
  • Identifier les contraintes techniques et les risques liés aux projets ;
  • Définir les méthodes d'exécution et les principaux phasages ;
  • Proposer des variantes et solutions techniques permettant d'optimiser les projets ;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes travaux dans la préparation des chantiers ;
  • Assurer le lien entre Étude de Prix, Méthodes et Exécution.

Profil recherché

  • Formation de Conducteur de travaux, Ingénieur civil EPF/HES ou formation équivalente ;
  • Expérience confirmée en Étude de Prix et/ou Méthodes dans la construction ;
  • Expérience idéalement acquise sur des projets de transformation, rénovation et démolition ;
  • Très bonnes connaissances du gros œuvre, béton armé et démolition ;
  • Bonne compréhension des contraintes liées à l'exécution des travaux ;
  • Maîtrise MS Project et Microsoft Office ;
  • La connaissance des outils de calculation utilisés en Suisse constitue un avantage ;
  • Capacité à analyser un projet dans sa globalité et à proposer des solutions pragmatiques ;
  • Autonomie, rigueur et esprit d'analyse ;
  • Esprit d'équipe et bon relationnel.
