Tâches ##

  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des applications basées sur LLM.

  • Conception et implémentation d-applications basées sur des LLM
  • Conception et mise en œuvre de systèmes de génération augmentée par récupération (RAG)
  • Mise en œuvre de l-extraction d-informations structurées à partir de documents non structurés
  • Conception et réalisation de systèmes agents et de workflows IA
  • Prompt- et context-engineering pour le contrôle ciblé des solutions basées sur des LLM
  • Évaluation rigoureuse de vos solutions selon le principe du développement piloté par l-évaluation (EDD), incluant l-observabilité via des plateformes d-évaluation et d-observabilité IA
  • Vous apportez également votre expertise lors de la phase d-offre et contribuez à la rédaction technique des propositions
  • Points de contact optionnels avec l-ingénierie logicielle classique et le MLOps : lorsque cela a du sens, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec nos ingénieurs logiciels et ML
  • Apprentissage continu et formation permanente dans le domaine GenAI ainsi que des aperçus dans les différents secteurs de nos clients
  • Variété et collaboration passionnante au sein d-équipes projets internes ainsi que sur site chez nos clients

Ce que vous apportez

  • Plusieurs années d-expérience dans le développement d-applications GenAI, idéalement en production pour des clients ou des produits propres
  • Un master en informatique, data science ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Expertise avérée dans l-implémentation et l-exploitation de systèmes de génération augmentée par récupération (RAG)
  • Expérience avec les systèmes agents et workflows IA ainsi que le protocole Model Context (MCP)
  • Gestion rigoureuse de l-évaluation des solutions LLM, familiarité avec le développement piloté par l-évaluation (EDD) et les plateformes d-évaluation et d-observabilité IA (AEOPs)
  • Connaissance des bases de données vectorielles modernes, par ex. Qdrant, ainsi que des modèles d-embedding et de re-ranking
  • Compréhension des modèles de langage large à poids ouverts, y compris les modèles multimodaux
  • Expérience avec les environnements d-exécution LLM ainsi que les proxys ou passerelles LLM
  • Maîtrise de Python et des bonnes pratiques en ingénierie logicielle
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et plaisir à collaborer avec l-équipe et les clients
  • Maîtrise professionnelle de l-allemand et de l-anglais à l-oral et à l-écrit
  • Atout : expérience cloud en Infrastructure as Code (IaC), idéalement Azure, ainsi qu-expérience en guardrailing des applications LLM
