En tant qu'ingénieur poste de travail, vous jouez un rôle central dans la publicité numérique extérieure à l'échelle nationale en Suisse et dans tous les postes de travail d'APG|SGA. Dans le domaine du Digital Playout, vous veillez à ce que les publicités et informations apparaissent de manière fiable sur les écrans dans les gares, aéroports, bus, trams et trains à travers toute la Suisse. Dans le domaine des postes de travail, vous assurez une architecture client homogène, moderne et épurée, avec laquelle des centaines d'employés servent quotidiennement des milliers de clients. Votre travail est crucial pour l'exploitation et le développement continu des plateformes publicitaires numériques, vues chaque jour par des millions de personnes.

Vos tâches

  • Vous gérez et développez les clients Digital Playout - principalement basés sur Windows et Windows Embedded. Les clients sous Linux font également partie du parc, mais sont nettement minoritaires
  • De plus, vous gérez et développez en étroite collaboration avec des prestataires spécialisés les clients poste de travail basés sur Windows 11 pour l'ensemble de l'entreprise
  • Vous vous assurez que le matériel des lecteurs utilisé est compatible avec les systèmes d'exploitation et les pilotes
  • Vous créez et maintenez des images Windows, configurez les services système et garantissez une fonctionnalité stable.
  • Vous développez et maintenez des scripts Batch & Powershell pour automatiser et rendre les processus plus efficaces (packaging Intune)
  • Vous soutenez l'intégration réseau et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec d'autres domaines tels que l'infrastructure et le service desk
  • Vous surveillez les clients et matériels déployés, analysez les erreurs et documentez le paysage système
  • Vous participez au support de 1er et 2e niveau dans le domaine Digital Playout
  • Vous réalisez des projets dans les domaines Digital Playout et postes de travail

Vous apportez

  • Vous possédez d'excellentes connaissances des systèmes d'exploitation Windows et une expérience approfondie de Windows 11 et de la gestion des clients d'entreprise
  • Vous maîtrisez la création d'images, la configuration des services et l'optimisation des fonctionnalités (Autopilot, Intune, Entra Join, conformité et bases de sécurité)
  • Expérience avec le matériel des lecteurs, les processeurs et la compatibilité des pilotes
  • Expérience en scripting Batch et PowerShell pour automatiser les processus
  • Connaissances de base en technologies réseau (par ex. TCP/IP, VLAN, DHCP)
  • Des connaissances de base en Linux sont un plus, tout comme une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais pour évoluer en toute sécurité dans un environnement technique
  • Volonté de travailler dans un environnement agile selon SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) et de contribuer activement à la planification, la mise en œuvre et l'amélioration continue au sein de l'équipe
