Au sein de l'équipe d'ingénierie, vous participez activement aux changements, apportez de nouvelles idées et contribuez à développer durablement les processus, technologies et structures. Vous avez ainsi la possibilité d'avoir un impact visible et de façonner directement l'avenir de notre entreprise.

Votre rôle

  • Développer et optimiser les processus de fabrication afin d'améliorer durablement la qualité, l'efficacité et la sécurité des processus.
  • Conduire les changements techniques, initiatives d'amélioration et projets d'investissement de l'idée à la mise en œuvre.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec la production et l'assurance qualité pour résoudre les défis et établir des solutions durables.
  • Renforcer la robustesse de nos processus de fabrication stériles et augmenter la disponibilité des équipements et systèmes.
  • Participer activement à l'évolution de notre production et contribuer directement au succès de l'entreprise.

Votre profil

  • Diplôme en génie des procédés, génie pharmaceutique, génie chimique ou domaine similaire.
  • Expérience dans un environnement de production pharmaceutique, idéalement en fabrication stérile.
  • Connaissances approfondies des exigences GMP et de leur application pratique.
  • Expérience dans la gestion de projets techniques ; une expérience en qualification ou validation est un atout.
  • Très bonnes connaissances en allemand et bonnes connaissances en anglais.
