  • Réaliser et suivre des audits internes et audits de poste.
  • Conduire des projets d-amélioration continue selon ISO 9001/13485.

  • Ingénieur avec 3 ans d-expérience en qualité, connaissance des normes ISO.
  • Excellentes compétences en analyse et communication.
  • Maîtrise des outils qualité et Microsoft Office.

Ingénieur Qualité

Key Responsibilities

  • Piloter les activités de résolution des non-conformités internes et externes (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa...).
  • Réaliser et suivre les audits internes et les audits de poste.
  • Donner le support nécessaire à la production, au contrôle final et aux ingénieurs procédés et produits pour répondre aux demandes clients.
  • Mener activement les démarches d'amélioration continue (5S, QRQC, AMDEC, résolution de problèmes, etc.).
  • Participer à la rédaction et au maintien des documents du système de management intégré.
  • Gérer les dérogations internes et externes.
  • Conduire des projets d-amélioration continue, en lien avec les exigences ISO9001/ISO13485 et les certifications de l-entreprise.

Participer aux qualifications/validations (IQ/OQ/PQ).

Person Specification

  • Formation d'ingénieur, complétée par une formation qualité ou expérience jugée équivalente.
  • 3 ans d-expérience minimum dans une fonction similaire
  • Connaissance des outils qualité : (8D, AMDEC, 5S, QRQC, et résolution de problèmes.)
  • Connaissance des systèmes de management de la qualité selon les normes ISO 9001 et ISO 13485 (un avantage).
  • Connaissance des technologies de fabrication des circuits imprimés (PCB), un atout.
  • Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office ainsi que des logiciels de gestion documentaire et qualité (M-Files, Ellistat ou équivalents)
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de communication.
  • Rigueur, organisation, autonomie et proactivité
  • Capacité à gérer les priorités et à résoudre les problèmes de manière proactive
  • Curiosité et orientation amélioration continue
  • Aisance relationnelle et goût du travail en équipe transverse

Anglais niveau B2 (intermédiaire), à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
