Pour le compte d'une entreprise industrielle innovante évoluant dans un environnement de haute technologie, situé à Bienne, nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur R\&D Microfabrication Silicium passionné(e) par les procédés de fabrication avancés et les technologies de pointe. Cette fonction vous permettra de contribuer directement au développement de solutions innovantes au sein d'un département de recherche et développement reconnu.

Vous serez chargé(e) d'identifier, développer et déployer des solutions technologiques innovantes liées à la microfabrication et aux technologies silicium. En étroite collaboration avec différents partenaires internes et externes, vous participerez à des projets stratégiques ayant un impact direct sur les futures générations de produits et de procédés industriels

Vos responsabilités --------------------

  • Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des projets de recherche appliquée et de développement dans le domaine des technologies silicium et des procédés innovants.
  • Conduire des projets multidisciplinaires en collaboration avec les équipes R\&D, industrialisation, production, qualité et logistique industrielle.
  • Collaborer avec des instituts de recherche, universités et partenaires industriels afin de développer de nouvelles approches technologiques.
  • Documenter les travaux réalisés et présenter les résultats aux différentes parties prenantes.
  • Réaliser une veille technologique et scientifique active afin d'identifier les innovations présentant un potentiel pour l'industrie de précision.
  • Participer à l'évaluation, aux essais et à l'intégration de nouvelles technologies dans les processus existants.

Votre profil ------------

  • Diplôme d'Ingénieur HES, EPF ou formation équivalente en physique, microtechnique ou domaine apparenté.
  • Une spécialisation avancée ou un doctorat constitue un atout.
  • Expérience confirmée dans les procédés de microfabrication, les techniques de mesure avancées ou les technologies innovantes, idéalement en environnement salle blanche.
  • Expérience dans la gestion de projets techniques en milieu industriel.
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Personnalité autonome, rigoureuse et organisée, capable de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
  • Esprit d'initiative, curiosité scientifique et goût prononcé pour l'innovation.
  • Aisance relationnelle et aptitude à évoluer dans un environnement collaboratif et pluridisciplinaire.
