Elle développe et fabrique des composants technologiques de haute précision destinés à des marchés internationaux. Votre mission Dans le cadre de ce poste à responsabilités, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l-amélioration de la performance industrielle. Vous pourrez notamment mettre à profit vos compétences en management transversal, amélioration continue, LEAN et industrialisation afin d-accompagner les équipes et d-optimiser les processus de production. Responsabilités Piloter et contribuer à des projets d-amélioration et d-optimisation industrielle Mettre en œuvre les principes et outils LEAN Participer à la sélection et à l-acquisition des équipements et outillages Concevoir et optimiser l-implantation des lignes de production Collaborer avec différents départements et coordonner des équipes pluridisciplinaires Identifier et mettre en œuvre des solutions permettant d-améliorer la performance, la qualité et l-efficacité de la production Apporter votre expertise technique dans un environnement de production industrielle Intervenir sur des équipements CNC, notamment tours, fraiseuses et rectifieuses Participer à la programmation et à l-utilisation de ces équipements lorsque nécessaire Profil recherché Minimum 5 ans d-expérience en tant qu-ingénieur Manufacturing / Production Minimum 10 ans d-expérience dans un environnement industriel et manufacturier Solide expérience dans l-utilisation et le déploiement des principes LEAN Expérience concrète dans la conduite de projets industriels Expérience en environnement de production technique Formation supérieure dans un domaine technique ou de l-ingénierie, un atout Formation en Lean Management et bonne maîtrise des outils d-amélioration continue Capacité à fédérer, motiver et coordonner des équipes en transversal Excellentes capacités de communication et bon esprit d-équipe Personnalité ouverte, pragmatique et orientée solutions Expérience pratique avec les machines CNC : tournage, fraisage et rectification Bon niveau d-anglais Processus de recrutement Merci de postuler directement via notre page carrière afin que votre candidature puisse être traitée dans les meilleurs délais.
